i am not satisfied with this phone.
i bought one, but it lasts for few months only!

SE 306 – This is a my type of phone. Clamshell design, FM radio, average camera and music player. Just perfect for me as I don’t want to waste money on (nonsense?) high-tech features that we don’t use frequently.
So when will it come out in the market? Waiting SONY…..

After reading specifications of R300 and R306, everybody will come to know that Sony Ericsson wants to capture upcoming market in developing countries with such simple phones. Some simple and easy to use Nokia phones are very popular in India. Also Motorola got some success for their simple flip phones with FM feature. So SE wants that success by launching these two phones in emerging market – one candybar phone with FM, VGA camera and another flip phone with FM, 1.3 MP camera.

Hearing songs from a proper radio would be a much better idea than spending heavy bucks on this useless phone..Radio offers other bands than AM/FM.

The design of the phone is really good..especially the metallic coat on the top where the buttons are..but SE should release flip images of the phone..

I am not satisfied with the 5 MB memory. Neither does it have a card slot. U would have to constantly transfer files and images..that’s so frustrating! and BTW why did hell SE make two radio phones? everything could have been included in one..not much difference btwn the two..
