Take the battery out, and spin it on a flat sucrfae. If the battery spins then that means you need a new battery since the cells inside have expanded. If it's not, then maybe its just the phone and you'll need a new phone. Let your server know because it is not normal. Hope this helped and good luck

Hi Vikas, As per my knowledge, Nokia 3610 fold supports Nokia OS, 1000 entries phonebook, Nokia Xpress audio messaging. It has no fm radio, no gps. On the other hand Nokia 3710 fold supports hidden cover secondary display, 3G, 2000 entries phonebook, integrated a-gps, Nokia maps, fm radio with rds and Series 40 OS. Additionally, it has greater camera and both memories (internal and external) are double than the memories of 3610 fold.

The 3710 fold is the latest clamshell phone from Nokia. It is cute-and-compact mobile phone and it is available in multicolor.

Hello, My opinion about Nokia 3710 fold is like this:
1. Its sound quality is not good at all.
2. Its graphics design is not fine
3. Adjusting alarm on this fone is not easy
4. If I got more than one missed calls from same number, I can see only time of last call.

Nokia 3710 fold is small, compact, clamshell phone and it supports 3.2MP camera, videocall camera, 3G, music player, fm radio with rds, photo blogging, video recording & calling, GPS and microSd card slot expandable up to 8 GB
