Can anyone please tell me how to increase the font size? I must have pressed something by mistake and now its in micro form

4. Press Options and type subject
5. press down to the text field
6. Press Options to add attachment
7. press up arrow to add contact email address
8. Enter contact email address
9. Press Options and select send to send email.

I hate the polyphonic sound it makes when I press the keys, but I can't find how to change it, and I can't switch it off without settting the phone to silent mode, so I have my phone continually on silent which is a nuisance. Also, I can't find the single quote character('), a common English character.

@Junjari, are you able to connect to the internet? if yes, then you should lodge a complaints with the cellular service provider, this might be a problem with your cellular service provider. i don't think this is phones' problem

To edit reject list on you samsung SGH A411. Select settings- select call settings-select all calls- select auto reject- activation on/off is displayed- on this screen below on/off you will find- reject list- if you scroll down this will be high lighted- select reject list- find rejected numbers with check boxes- simply uncheck numbers as required- press OK - press BACK- press yes to save your selection. good luck.

As per my information, you won't be able to fix this problem on your own. You need to go to the mobile phone customer care store and those guys can reset you password within no time.

paid $75 for this easy to make calls displays numbers in large font as you are dialing clear screen. Confusing when texting sometimes I put in 1 sms and it wants to send it 2 or 3 times to the same person cant work out how to change this not in the manual or on the web

I put someone on the reject call list and now I want to take those calls. Does anyone know how to do this? I think the keylock is also on but I can't figure out how to unlock it - any ideas? Shame the manual doesn't cover these points.

Perhaps this phone is top of the line,though I have had many unnecessary functions blocked, but it would be so much better if Samsung went to the bother of printing a DECENT instruction manual, instead of the rubbish that I received with mine.After paying $295 I would have thought that a comprehensive users guide would have been included.I refer particularly to the camera, it gets half a page of useless information,eg,how to turn the camera on, how to press the button & aim the lens, but not a word to explain the functions of approx. 12 keys that all compliment the camera. When I emailed Samsung I was told to contact them by phone.I am afraid that I do not have a day to spare to find out what I should have been told in the "Users Guide".

Hey… In the offline mode you can use Bluetooth connectivity and also can read email or browse on the internet.

Not so bad phone. Why people are complaining about this phone so much… it is one of the best low budget flap phone. It has great features like Bluetooth, USB, Outlook Sync, Internet HTML Browser and Offline Mode.

Solid and sturdy flap phone… Mistakenly almost twice it has been fallen on floor direct but still it is working fine… Till now no any receptions signal problem and also no battery problem… I love my A411 a lot…
