Yes Niki its actually $799-$899 U.S on a site that I saw this phone is worth every penny of it. This is a very balanced phone from the 5mp camera dual led flash, wifi, touch sensitive screen, comes along with facebook also Full QWERTY keyboard, A-GPS and a very fast processor so it renders pages quickly and handsomely to.

Its official site says that, the Nokia N97 is probably available in the first half of 2009 in the market. Moreover, its price is around eur 550 excluding taxes and subsidies.

I wont bother myself buying an N97,what for. The way i see it,it says im too expensive. Buying a phone worth more than $1200.00 is a waiste looking at how much i earn. 6230,6300,8800,N70 and E65 are the best phones ever make by nokia. I cant spend more than that on something that doesnt give me profit. Which phone call can you make and it gives you more than the price of N97, unless if you have your own company than its cool you can own one.

considering the current state of market economy and price of Nokia N97 (i wouldn't expect it to be less!) such expensive propositions from Nokia can turn out to be quite risky.
