Wen i tried changing number in my whatsapp i was told to thad whasapp will call me and then i should writ the six digit number that i will hear, but when i press the call me it will display unable to connect time-out. So pls can u help me with de solution?

I have just replaced my old Nokia C3-00 with a new Nokia smartphone. I am selling the old phone on Ebay and I don't want to leave any data on it. I have done a factory reset, but there are two numbers left in Contacts- Log- All Calls that I simply cannot remove. When I select them and press delete, I get ‘Invalid selection’. If I try editing them, they come back unchanged. I’ve even tried ringing them, to see if that will make them alterable, and I get ‘Emergency calls only’. I've also contacted Nokia online chat for help, and they couldn't do anything. What can I do?

When i open whatsapp they ask me to daily my verify the number,after verifying the when i click to connect,they replied connection error.

@rachna, may be a battery problem. check the battery first. if still doesn't work, it will good if you show it to nokia care centre.

Assuming your phone is on silent mode, go to Menu > Settings > Profile and deactivate Silent Mode
