That’s the most stupid q’n I have heard. If the phone features Ovi functions (Ovi music, Ovi mail), it always means it needs Ovi Suite to transfer photos & music files. Otherwise its PC suite for remaining Nokia phones (mostly old models).

Series S40 interface is outdated. Its slow, hangs up and Nokia phones are anyways expensive than other brands. You can get better features in other phones at the same price.
