Vodafone has just launched Vodafone Wireless Office Control, or according to Bizplus.ie an “all you can eat” voice tariff that offers SMEs what Vodafone claims to be the best value on mobile calls on the market.

SME customers can use Wireless Office Control to use as many minutes as required for a fixed monthly fee.

Anne O'Leary, Business & Enterprise director, said: “The innovative tariff will afford business customers certainty of spend on their monthly outlays with a €250 fixed monthly charge, plus a €25 fee per employee. The tariff includes unlimited calls to all mobiles in Ireland, on any network, unlimited calls to all landlines in Ireland and unlimited calls to landlines in Northern Ireland."

This might sound very interesting and, indeed, the offer is appealing. “This new tariff provides businesses certainty of spend, meaning simpler management of cash flow and budgeting,” said O'Leary. “The more employees you have on the plan, the cost per user decreases.”

Experts, however say micro first will not be able to afford the offer, as the monthly fixed cost for an SME with five company mobile would amount to 375 euros or about 75 euros per person.
