Virgin Mobile USA, Inc. will be releasing its second quarter 2009 financial results before market open on Monday, August 10, 2009, and host a related conference call beginning at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time that same day.

Daniel H. Schulman, Chief Executive Officer, and John D. Feehan Jr., Chief Financial Officer, will review Virgin Mobile USA's second quarter financial results. Following the review will be a question and answer session.
