It is really good that something beneficial, related to law & order, has finally been put forward by some legal authority like ACMA, where an Act, viz- the Spam Act has been created, which has finally the responsibility of all commercial electronic messages including SMS.

Growth and boom also lead a way to decline in quality and other adverse impacts, which are unavoidable, especially when it comes to high end technology & its various applications.
Till date, we have had heard about spam & junk mails in our email account inboxes; but now, where the internet & GPS has become an ordinary feature in our mobiles, having spam SMSes is what we are facing these days…
Well, the telecom regulators like ACMA are doing a pretty good job of keeping an eye over such issues that pop up in between. They definitely need praise for fulfilling their duties & responsibilities by keeping themselves up-to-date with the ever growing technology in telecom industry and its repercussion as well.
