A new handset has been recently launched by Sony Ericsson, the W760 slider and it will be available on AT&T’s high-speed 3G network. The new handset also comes with some interesting features and a decent price.
Sony Ericsson W760 is a tri-band UMTS (850 / 1900 / 2100 MHz) and also a quad-band GSM (850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz) support ready phone. Additionally it incorporates a built-in GPS receiver and comes with a free 30 day trial of AT&T Navigator GPS navigation service.
The handset enables continuous internet connectivity and has an internal accelerometer that will allow of motion controlled gaming. The new handset also comes with a full HTML web browser.
Sony Ericsson W760 comes for about $129.99 with a 2 year contract agreement in red or black from AT&T. Additionally, a silver color model is available on RadioShack.
