If you compare entry-level phones from other brands and Sonim XP1, then the XP1 is much better. The phone is for people like me who are not good caretakers of their handsets. : ) but I still feel they could have designed the handset much better.

It may be durable, but I am not quite sure how many people are going to buy this phone. The fact is that it’s not beautiful from any angle. Secondly there’s no camera, no music and no bluetooth. Actually its not a phone, it’s a walkie-talkie.
