Ya, it does look like a sony phone. Specially those microscopic keypad buttons. But functionally it’s a nice smartphone.

Now days, trade of everything (from mobile phone to washing machine) totally depends on the show business. Being the part of that show business, fashion is one of the aspects that leaves impression on the people. Personally I believe in functionality more than fashion. But the people who always swing with the fashion boom have started shouting about the design of Samsung I550 that the design is copied from SE phones. In such cases, we have to check the features and functionality of the phone before buying it.

Of whatever handsets I have seen, all brands are copying each other’s designs. HTC Touch Diamond looks like iPhone and now i550 looks SE phones. Actually Samsung needn’t have done so. SE anyways has its own shameless bad habit of renovating their old models with a new name.

I love Samsung phones for their slider mechanism. I always recommend Samsung phones to my friends. But when i saw the design of this phone, i have stopped promoting this brand. I hate COPYCAT people and the design of I550 is definitely copied from SE phones. I want to tell Samsung people that Stick to what you know for (Slider phones) and please, please, please stop copying the designs of other brands.

My colleague was also telling me about the design of Samsung I550 that it looks like SE phones. So i searched I550 on net and my colleague was right. The design of I550 looks like a copy of SE phones. Watch SE G900 or K530 and this Samsung I550. Certainly Samsung is running short of good mobile phone designers.
