Opera has recently announced a new beta version of its mobile web browser. The Opera Mobile 9.5 was initially planned for Tuesday but they said more time is needed to forge it ready.
Opera announced on its blog that Opera Mobile 9.5 will be on Thursday as the developer needs more time to fix some bugs. Opera software goes for perfection; they recently found a number of bugs in the upcoming mobile web browsing software and want to concentrate on fixing them.
The developers say that more testing is required after discovering more and more bugs. Quality can be assured only if these malfunctions are identified and resolved. The new software was to be made available for Windows Mobile.
If you are eager to download the new software, don’t access Opera’s website because you won’t find what you are looking for. The new release date is said to be July 17 as announced on Opera’s blog. “Some things in life don't go according to plan -- at least not in software development. We knew when we announced a release date before we finished development that a showstopper bug might be found that could alter the actual date we release the beta,” was written on the blog.
