It's a matter of ethics after all. Nokia has invested millions in R&D and Apple should pay up to the Finns for their mistake.

Apple is eating into Nokia market share with company suffering huge losses in third quarter.This whole lawsuit seems to be in bad taste.
If Apple really has violated the law, it should pay up to keep up to its image than rather let it get more murcky.
