It's great news that Sprint is making available the phone on its 3G network. They provide for much more better speeds than AT&T or T-mobile and would always prefer the Nexus One on their network.
Apple and HTC case is all fake publicity on Apple's side. First it was Apple and Nokia and now Apple and HTC.

It's daring of Sprint to make this announcement considering HTC could be thrown out of US for patent infringement. It's a rare possibility, but the announcement from Sprint can't be termed as a smart move.
