Another LG handset has been successfully inspected by the FCC. It seems everything is OK with the handset so it will be available in the US in the near future.

Recently, the FCC has approved the LG VX9600 that should shortly enter Verizon’s portfolio.

The handset comes with a 3 inch WQVGA display with 480 x 240 pixel resolution and it might have Verison high-speed EV-DO network support. It seems that the handset has a 3D graphical user interface and a game pad.

The exact release date is unknown but Verizon will make it available soon.
