The phone was yesterday introduced with little information available. However, now, with the unveiling of a special website more details regarding the upcoming LG smartphone have become available.
The LG Ally is the company’s first Android-powered mobile phone. The handset comes with some interesting features. First, the Ally will run on Android 2.1 and it will come with a 3.2 inch color touchscreen, a slide-out full QWERTY keyboard and a microSD slot. The microSD supports cards up to 16GB.
The handset may have a built-in camera with flash in the rear. The LG Ally will offer quick access to social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter as the apps seem to be in the front and center.
