Earlier drunken driving was considered as a serious offense, now it seems people can’t even behave in a normal way when they awake. Paradoxical situations with high-tech gizmos & gadgets...wat else???

If the drivers have given attention and have obeyed the traffic rules, passing of such resolutions could not have taken place at all..-

H mm,, Serial number of traffic accidents especially on highways and on roads with heavy traffic might have lead to the passing of House Bill 71, but i doubt as to are the habits of people going to change..The fine amount is not much that could be easily surpassed herein..The authorities could have something real and thought provoking in such scenario in terms of regulatory action..
