Are the prices mentioned above, inclusive or exclusive of GST? In Singapore GST is nearly 7% and if the phone prices are exclusive of GST, then reducing mobile prices is of no use.

HTC can cut prices only in countries like Singapore. Because in India with inflation rate reaching 9% I don’t think PDA’s are going to cost any less. My Htc Touch has costed me around Rs.22000.
