T-Mobile USA has recently announced the introduction of the HTC Touch Pro2 handset in the United State. The handset will become available for purchase starting August 12.
“We are pleased to announce the HTC Touch Pro2, a uniquely designed device that will help customers manage their day-to-day activities, whether they are in the office or working from an airport, the local playground or the car,” said Travis Warren, director of product marketing at T-Mobile USA.
The handset comes with WiFi and 3G connectivity, built-in GPS receiver, stereo Bluetooth, side-sliding full QWERTY keypad. The phone features a 3.6 inch color WVGA touchscreen.
The HTC Touch Pro2 comes with a rather modest 3.2 megapixel camera with video recording capabilities. In addition, the phone includes speakerphone, Straight Talk technology, integrated e-mail and voice experience, access to Vicrosoft Voice Command, editing and updating Microsoft documents. The handset runs Microsoft’s Windows Mobile 6.1.

HTC Touch Pro2 should become available in the United State starting August 12.
