In February this year Garmin officially announced their first mobile phone. According to company officials it was going to be released in Q3 2008. In the next months it will be available in markets.

Nuvifone is Garmin’s first ever mobile phone and supports 3G and WiFi. Users can browse the internet and share files. The device comes with a simple menu, Call, Search and View Map. Thus it is equipped with GPS.

The handset has 3.5 inch touchscreen and will be available soon.
