Reports indicate that T-Mobile has said Wednesday that it will sell a pay-in-advance BlackBerry smartphone which does not require a contract or a credit check. This might be a real deal of the week.
The BlackBerry Curve 8520 is among the four handsets offered by T-Mobile’s new Complete package. The service starts at $59,99 and includes the first moth of service. Customers can choose voice, text and data plans starting at $50 per month.
Pre-paid mobile phone services plans have gained in popularity in the last years and have become a real choice in 2009. The service targets people who do not want to be stuck with an annual contract or who lack the credit history to get a contract.
The pre-paid services are available at Best Buy stores and select Wal-Mart locations.
