Wow...QWERTY keypad will be cool for text lovers but i liked its aGPS feature which is available with Google Maps Street View.

Good part is it is available @ GSM as well CDMA. All other features seems to be ok, especially, its offering touchscreen interface as well QWERTY keyboard.
