This phone is a piece of crap. It's ok for texting, but god for bid you put the touch screen to your ear or touch the it with your finger tips. It may crack the inside?????? Our family has had cell phone since they were invented and never had a problem. This will be the first and last LG product I will ever buy.

Set of features, design, and performance but above that price is quite affordable. 3G is missing but else it is quite cool designed phone to give tough bet to other latest phone available in market.

Not so bad phone and just for chatting, it is not typical phone with the basic color combination. It is designed with bright colors and full QWERTY keyboard makes easy to access emails and write long text messages to friends.

completely agreed Michael..the Xenon is much better than Neon..Neon is for those who have nothing to do all day and just keep on chatting..there are too many of these "fun and frolic" text messaging phones coming up these days

Now on this phone to me its more for a younger person, like your first phone type of phone. The features are standard nothing special, jus looks like a top phones but reminds me more of the sidekick no wifi, 2mp camera etc.

Its not the same as the xenon at all the xenon is a full touch screen phone, neither does it have as much buttons on the front only send and end keys, a way bigger screen. When you look at th specs and pics of the xenon closely it more looks like a smaller version of the Touch Pro 2.
