the flat keypad is irritating to use..i keep pressing all the wrong buttons..it’s better when you have elevated keypad buttons..

I paid my whole monthly salary for this damn pink version of the Shine and its not even working properly..i can’t hear the songs properly, or even listen what the opposite person is saying when I receive calls..have to charge the battery every 24 hrs..

I have got the gold edition of the KE970 and its just too gud..its got all paisley prints on the backside on the handset which makes it look really chic..feels like actual gold in my hands..

my KE970 Shine has lost its ‘shine’ within 6 months of buying it..the while sliding up the phone, the slider starts showing its rock and roll movements and also the screen is full of scratches..

this is was first multimedia so naturally its close to my heart and I love it..but I wish they had included more internal memory..inserting card was kinda tough for me for the first time and I needed help from my friend.

Just the name ‘SHINE’!
But when you buy this handset, the things start getting dark. It doesn’t have anything that will shine your personality. At least, LG has to provide FM with such phones. Music player and camera of LG phones are nowhere near the quality of SE phones; also LG is still unable to catch the standards of Nokia. I am going back to well built and sturdy Nokia phones. Sorry LG!

The most disappointing phone! I am thinking to return it to the retailer. Shame on you LG for providing such dump handset. It looks pretty but you can’t expect healthier back up from it. You get stuck with its low standard battery and pathetic results.

It does not accept business card transfer from a windows phone.

I think LG Shine KE970 is a very good phone apart from the camera quality. I was considering that 2 MP camera will give better result that the 1.3 MP camera of my previous phone. But I didn’t get the quality photographs. NOT HAPPY!
