I just got one made but it does not record my messages. The voicemail had an unknown number which I replaced by mine and I think I screwed it up. I tried to call myself using Skype and it made a horrible sound. I think I will go to the T-Mob store and see if these guys can figure out the problem. It is a basic feature but if it does not work, you miss all your calls.

Last year I took it from friend as mine cell was lost and I think it is not so bad phone. Normally I prefer Nokia handset but this is quite good in features like Music, loud speakers, good voice quality and no any reception problem.

I am not happy with this phone at all… twice I had replaced from LG still screen is getting hang out at any time and while playing games it freezes like hell… I would not recommend to buy this phone…

Touch screen is fine but not tht much responsive as expected from this phone. Dolby Mobile Sound create good mood for music and camera is ok…

This encore is nice phone and does a lot of things well and I think it was good mid range phone when it was released out. Till now there is no any battery or voice quality problem but only problem is with internet speed.

LG phones are unreliable. This phone will be available on AT&T, not sure how many customers are going to get this phone.
