I heard that HTC doesn’t provide an international warranty. Is it true? As I am planning to fly to Australia for better job opportunities and if I come across any problem with my phone then I will be helpless. So reply me guys…..

The only disadvantage of HTC Touch Dual is that it doesn’t have Wi-Fi. Otherwise a good PDA device having back up of multimedia features. DON’T worry about bad opinions..buy it!

I read your opinions that you don’t like this device. But want to tell you that I was using one i-mate phone which discouraged me with its functioning. HTC Touch Dual is far better phone than my older i-mate. I love it!

Yes, I am agreed with Stane. You can’t use keypad with ease and you have to waste lot of time for retyping. But I can’t resell it now. So using it! Not happy…HTC!!!

I thought that the touchscreen and keypad, both will offer me pleasure but I am getting frustrated day by day after buying this phone. Touchscreen doesn’t provide faster support and the keypad is just useless. Don’t buy it!

the keypads of this phone is kind of two sided sword..you have the choice of not opening the QWERTY keyboard while making calls and messaging, but at the same time it takes a lot of patience and practice to get used to the keypads..they can be quite confusing

the battery really weakens after I use the internet or send emails..i would warn everyone not leave 3G on after using or in no time your phone will be switched off

why are people constantly abt complaining about lack of GPS and WiFi? In India where I live, this phone is a hit and no one uses GPS here in India..people’s sixth sense abt Indian roads, is 100 times much better than any GPS in the world.

I didn’t like the touch screen of the phone..i had previously operated my friends iphone and its touchscreen was really smooth..but here you have to tap it more than once to make it work

the ‘touch’ range was introduced by creating such a big drama and HTC couldn’t include a basic thing like WLAN and GPS..that’s a real shame!

garbage phone..calls keep disconnecting after a few seconds..if i dial the contact again even then, the call gets disconnected..what’s the use of having a PDA when a basic thing like making and receving calls doesn’t work?
