I purchased second hand i-mate JASJAM from the retailer and after 2-3 days I came to know that my phone resets automatically. Can anybody help me who has experienced the same problem?

I think, the previous user of your JASJAM had uploaded overlocking software in your phone. So try to uninstall that software.

Check the configuration of your phone. Does your phone have WM6?

No, it has windows mobile 5 operating system. Also I am unable to find out its total configuration.

Ok, Just upgrade your phone to windows mobile 6 operating system. I think, upgraded ROM OS will be helpful to you.
