I think, i-mate ultimate 8150 will be a best phone for you as that phone has WM 6 operating system, Touchscreen technology, 2 MP camera, media player and TV out also.

Try HTC S730. It has WM6, auto sliding QWERTY keyboard, pocket office, 2 megapixel camera and music player for entertainment.
Or if you want a phone with integrated GPS and upgraded multimedia features, HTC Touch cruise will be a best option for you.
