Currently or just before this problem occurred did u transfer any songs through Bluetooth or net?
As sometimes because of virus or format of songs file gives such type of problem. And if it is yes then just try to delete that song, reset the phone and check whether it is working or not.

Hey can we lock phone with number code or set security code to few text messages. If yes please let me know how to do it.
