Extraneous noise in the dryer can be for several reasons. Alternatively, you could throw your clothes in the dryer with some things in your pocket. Which made such a noise. Or something could break in the dryer and rumble inside it. Then you need to call the dryers repair [highend-repair.com] service  and fix the damage. It is hardly a third option.
