I have recently signed an 18 months contract with O2. but I am facing “reception problem”. Vodafone gives full signal in my work place as well my house. But with O2 I get very poor signal @ both places.. can I get my contract cancelled without paying any termination fees?

i think you should. try asking their customer service people.. hope they co-operate with u!!

It will be much better asking those people sitting there to facilitate you so that, it will be quite easier for you to get addressed. I mean they will help you out.

If you're having signal problems, check for issues in your area using our handy live status checker or My Network app. If the status checker isn't showing any issues in your area, try the following: ... go to your phone settings and choose the O2 network manually. try using your phone in a different area.
