there was an issue regarding the BL-5C batteries which were supposed to be harmful. i made a complaint about 3 months back to get them replaced and Nokia was supposed to deliver them to me. but no response.
has anyone faced this problem? |

Hi Prachi! i can understand ur anger
 i got my new battery but they didn't take the old battery back. if its really harmful, it Nokia's responsibility to destroy them
