Vodaphone introduced most cheapest phone handset that will be launched soon in India and Africa.
Vodaphone 150 : Price will be around Rs700 (cheaper than chinese phone available in market)
Vodaphone 250: Price will be around Rs900

If yes then definitely this one will be most cheapest and with vaild IMEI numbers on the handsets

Yes Ednis, and not just cheapest handset but as per Vodafone, both handset  give best voice and SMS service. i think it will be best to keep like this handset spare for sifferent SIM cards.
